Terms and Conditions:

• The Lucky Draw is organised by SingLand West Mall Pte Ltd. (SLWM, West Mall) (UEN 199408282C), a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and having its registered office at 101 Thomson Road, #33-00 United Square, Singapore 307591 (the “Organiser”), and subjected to these terms and conditions.
• Members are entitled to 1 lucky draw chance with minimum spend of $60 in a single same-day receipt.
• Lucky draw chances are capped at 10 chances per member per day.
• A maximum of 1 chance will be awarded per qualifying receipt, regardless of the transaction amount (e.g., a $1,000 receipt will still qualify for only 1 chance).
• Members must submit separate qualifying receipts to receive multiple chances.
• Selected stores may require 5x spending (see list below), which is equivalent to “Double Spending” under the Generic T&Cs. (i.e., $400 in a single same-day receipt) to qualify for 1 chance.
• The winners for the Lucky Draw will be drawn on 11 November 2026 via random computerised draw at 1 Bukit Batok Central Link, #02-19, West Mall, Singapore 658713. Winners will be notified within 7 working days after the draw date via email, including on West Mall’s website and social media on 20 November 2026.
• The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or any other items of equal value.
• Unclaimed prize(s) will be passed on to the next reserve winner and prizes that are not claimed within the stipulated date will be forfeited.
• West Mall will not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate and reserves the right to withdraw, postpone or cancel the Lucky Draw, and to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the participants.
• Employees of SingLand West Mall Pte Ltd and Retailers in West Mall and any other parties involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate.
• The decision of West Mall is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

Generic Terms & Conditions:

• Shoppers must register as a West Mall Rewards member to be eligible for the redemptions.
• Original proof of receipt(s) from participating store(s) is required for redemptions.
• The rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable to cash or any other items.
• Double spending required on selected stores;

• Purchased transactions not eligible for redemptions include sales from non-tenants’ atrium, pushcarts and kiosk vendors, membership subscription, payment of bills/fines, purchase of tobacco, purchase and/or topping up of gift cards/ cash cards/ vouchers/ tenants’ store credit, parking coupons, privilege cards and pre-paid cards/services.
• Redemptions are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts/vouchers/loyalty points at all participating retailers.
• Members and applicants consent and acknowledge that their personal data may be collected, used, disclosed and/or transferred by SLWM, its representatives, agents, contractors and/or service providers in accordance with SLWM’s Privacy Policy.
