1. The value of the eVoucher is denominated in Singapore Currency. 2. The eVoucher is redeemable with 10,000 Points. 3. Points converted to Rewards are non-refundable. 4. The eVoucher will be credited into your e-wallet within 10 minutes. 5. The eVoucher is valid for one year. No extension on the validity period of the eVoucher will be granted. 6. The eVoucher must be presented at the cashier of a participating store before payment. 7. The eVoucher may be used for purchases of an equivalent or lower-value item/services at participating stores, unless otherwise stated. 8. Multiple eVouchers may be used for the same transaction at a participating store. 9. No refund shall be given if the value of the eVoucher presented at a participating store exceeds the amount payable. 10. You may refer to the list of participating stores listed under stores. 11. Participating stores reserve the right to decline eVoucher(s) which have expired or been voided. 12. The eVoucher is non-transferrable and is not exchangeable for cash or any other items of equal value. 13. West Mall and its participating stores will not be responsible for the loss of the eVoucher.
